Oh gosh, where do I start? Yes, 100/100 totally recommend Laura and Healing Through Love. Not only have I had the privilege of seeing the behind the scenes and start up of what has become Healing Through Love, my daughter is currently a student working through her online classes. My daughter adores the affirmation card deck as well as her squishy, which has recently helped her get over some nasty fears during this pandemic. The program offered by HTL is geared toward children of any age and is easy to understand, follow along and has absolutely been so helpful to my high anxiety, fidgety five year old. I see more calm and confidence returning in her demeanor each time we work through a meditation or pull an affirmation card. I cannot wait to see what is in store for future lessons but I can tell you for sure that my daughter absolutely loves repeating Lesson 1!
